Es war eine Zeit, in der wir alte Muster und Strukturen losgelassen und uns in neue Energien und ein neues Bewusstsein bewegt haben. Gerade in Zeiten wie diesen kann uns eine etablierte Praxis einen Rettungsanker bieten \u2013 eine M\u00f6glichkeit, unsere Erfahrungen so zu bew\u00e4ltigen, dass das Leiden minimiert wird.
