In diesem Film werden wir die Mechanismen untersuchen, durch die man 'anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr den Zufall' wird.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samadhi 3 vermittelt einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die beiden Dimensionen der Praxis, Achtsamkeit und geistige Leere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samadhi ist die Befreiung von der Identifikation mit dem begrenzten Selbst; Befreiung von unserer Konditionierung; Befreiung von Leid. Sadhana oder spirituelle Praxis, die zu Samadhi f\u00fchrt, hat zwei grundlegende Aspekte: Der erste Aspekt ist die Reinigung der Selbststruktur durch Praktiken, die die Energie aus konditionierten Mustern und pathologischem Denken verlagern. Wenn die Energie frei ist, bringt sie gr\u00f6\u00dfere Verbundenheit, Liebe und Ausdehnung in h\u00f6here Ebenen des Selbst oder der Seele hervor. Was du als \u201eandere\u201c betrachtest, wird in dir integriert. Die Selbststruktur wird zu einem Knotenpunkt in immer h\u00f6heren Ebenen des Geistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Paradoxe ist, dass jede Praxis, die wir anwenden, um uns von unbewusster Konditionierung zu befreien, selbst konditioniert ist. An einem bestimmten Punkt m\u00fcssen alle Techniken, alle Konzepte, alles Tun, alle Versuche, Samadhi zu verwirklichen, losgelassen werden. Ein Meditierender kann nicht erwachen. Eine Ich-Struktur kann nicht erwachen. Sie kann nur egoische Kontrollreaktionen und Vorlieben aufgeben, was die Grundlage und die innere Neuverkn\u00fcpfung f\u00fcr das Wachbleiben auf der grobstofflichen, subtilen und kausalen Ebene legt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der zweite Aspekt der Praxis k\u00f6nnte formlose Selbsterforschung genannt werden, die darin besteht, sich des Bewusstseins selbst bewusst zu werden; aufzuwachen zur Erkenntnis, dass alle Ebenen des Selbst oder der Seele letztlich leer sind. Wie die Fl\u00fcgel eines Vogels tragen diese beiden Aspekte von Sadhana, Achtsamkeit und Geistesleere, einen hin zu Samadhi \u2013 dem Zusammenbruch aller Dualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Weg bist du und jedes Hindernis auf dem Weg bist du. Der Weg zu Samadhi ist nicht die Art von Weg, bei dem man einen Fu\u00df vor den anderen setzt, um ein bestimmtes Ziel zu erreichen. Der Weg ist ein Abbauen von Illusion, ein Erwachen zu genau dem, wer, wo und was man ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
