Verfasst vom dritten Zen-Patriarchen Sengcan im 6. Jahrhundert, fasst dieses tiefgr\u00fcndige Werk die fundamentalen Lehren der Zen-Philosophie auf wundersch\u00f6ne Weise zusammen und erinnert daran, dass der direkte Weg zum Erwachen nicht im Suchen nach \u00e4u\u00dferen Antworten oder komplexen Praktiken besteht, sondern darin, nach innen zu blicken und die ungeteilte Einheit zu erkennen, die bereits existiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
