En esta pel\u00edcula examinaremos los mecanismos por los cuales uno se vuelve propenso a los accidentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samadhi 3 ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de las dos dimensiones de la pr\u00e1ctica, que son la atenci\u00f3n plena y el vac\u00edo mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samadhi es la liberaci\u00f3n de la identificaci\u00f3n con el yo limitado; la liberaci\u00f3n de nuestro condicionamiento; la liberaci\u00f3n del sufrimiento. La sadhana, o pr\u00e1ctica espiritual, que conduce a Samadhi tiene dos aspectos fundamentales: el primero consiste en purificar la estructura del yo mediante pr\u00e1cticas que desv\u00edan la energ\u00eda de los patrones condicionados y del pensamiento patol\u00f3gico. Cuando la energ\u00eda se libera, facilita una mayor interconexi\u00f3n, amor y expansi\u00f3n hacia niveles superiores del yo o del alma. Lo que consideras \u201cotro\u201d se integra en ti. La estructura del yo se convierte en una especie de nodo en niveles cada vez m\u00e1s elevados de la mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La paradoja es que cualquier pr\u00e1ctica que utilicemos para liberarnos del condicionamiento inconsciente est\u00e1, a su vez, condicionada. Llega un momento en el que hay que abandonar todas las t\u00e9cnicas, todos los conceptos, todas las acciones y todos los intentos de alcanzar el Samadhi. Un meditador no puede despertar. Una estructura del yo no puede despertar. Solo puede renunciar a las reacciones de control y a las preferencias del ego, lo que sienta las bases y permite la reconfiguraci\u00f3n interna necesaria para permanecer despierto en los niveles burdo, sutil y causal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El segundo aspecto de la pr\u00e1ctica podr\u00eda denominarse \u00abautoindagaci\u00f3n sin forma\u00bb, que consiste en tomar conciencia de la propia conciencia; despertar a la comprensi\u00f3n de que todos los niveles del yo o del alma son, en \u00faltima instancia, vac\u00edos. Al igual que las alas de un p\u00e1jaro, estos dos aspectos de la sadhana \u2014la atenci\u00f3n plena y el vac\u00edo de la mente\u2014 nos llevan hacia el Samadhi: el colapso de toda dualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El camino eres t\u00fa, y cada obst\u00e1culo que encuentras en \u00e9l tambi\u00e9n eres t\u00fa.
