Dans ce film, nous allons examiner les m\u00e9canismes par lesquels on devient sujet aux accidents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Samadhi 3 \u00e9value les deux dimensions de la pratique, qui sont la pleine conscience et le vide mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le samadhi est la lib\u00e9ration de l'identification avec le moi limit\u00e9 ; la lib\u00e9ration de notre conditionnement ; la lib\u00e9ration de la souffrance. La sadhana ou pratique spirituelle qui m\u00e8ne au samadhi a deux aspects fondamentaux : le premier aspect est la purification de la structure du moi par des pratiques qui d\u00e9placent l'\u00e9nergie hors des sch\u00e9mas conditionn\u00e9s et de la pens\u00e9e pathologique. Lorsque l'\u00e9nergie est libre, elle facilite une plus grande interconnexion, l'amour et l'expansion dans des niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs du moi ou de l'\u00e2me. Ce que vous consid\u00e9rez comme \u201cl'autre\u201d s'int\u00e8gre en vous. La structure du moi devient comme un n\u0153ud dans des niveaux de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de l'esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le paradoxe est que toutes les pratiques que nous utilisons pour nous lib\u00e9rer du conditionnement inconscient sont elles-m\u00eames conditionn\u00e9es. \u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, toutes les techniques, tous les concepts, tout le faire, toutes les tentatives de r\u00e9aliser le Samadhi doivent \u00eatre abandonn\u00e9s. Un m\u00e9ditant ne peut pas s'\u00e9veiller. Une structure du moi ne peut pas s'\u00e9veiller. Elle ne peut que renoncer aux r\u00e9actions et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de contr\u00f4le \u00e9go\u00efques, ce qui pose les bases et un r\u00e9agencement int\u00e9rieur pour rester \u00e9veill\u00e9 aux niveaux grossier, subtil et causal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le deuxi\u00e8me aspect de la pratique pourrait \u00eatre appel\u00e9 la recherche de soi sans forme, qui consiste \u00e0 prendre conscience de la conscience elle-m\u00eame ; s'\u00e9veiller \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation que tous les niveaux du soi ou de l'\u00e2me sont ultimement vides. Comme les ailes d'un oiseau, ces deux aspects de la sadhana, la pleine conscience et le vide de l'esprit, portent l'un vers le Samadhi \u2013 l'effondrement de toute dualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chemin, c'est vous et chaque obstacle sur ce chemin, c'est vous. Le chemin vers le Samadhi n'est pas le genre de chemin o\u00f9 l'on met un pied devant l'autre pour atteindre une destination. Le chemin est d\u00e9pouillement de l'illusion, \u00e9veil \u00e0 qui, o\u00f9 et ce que l'on est exactement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
