The Self-Inquiry Dyad Intensive is a powerful three day immersion designed to create the conditions for a direct realization of your true nature. Unlike traditional meditation retreats, where one often practices alone, the dyad process uses conscious relationship as a mirror.

Through a simple yet profound structure, participants engage in a continuous process of Self-inquiry that cuts through habitual patterns of thinking and brings attention directly to the source of experience itself.

Over the years we have explored many spiritual paths, traditions, and practices. Of all the methods we have encountered, we have found the Self-inquiry dyad to be one of the most direct and effective ways to bring about kensho, which is a direct glimpse into one’s true nature beyond the conditioned mind. In our experience the dyad method is about 50 to 100 times faster for realizing kensho than solo meditation practices. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
