Observing the mind as it is, penetrating deeply into what is without attachment, preferences, or reactions.
In the first hour Dan gives a general overview of the meditation practice that leads to Samadhi. In the second hour Tanya talks about the hindrances that come up in meditation. In the third hour there is just sitting.
