Ratio Breathing and Body Scan for Stress

This 30 minute practice can be done sitting comfortably or lying down. We start with 10 minutes of ratio breathing (which is particularly helpful for stress and anxiety) then do a 20 minute scan where we invite the release of tension where we contact it in the body.
