\u201cIlumina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um acidente, mas a pr\u00e1tica nos torna propensos a acidentes.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste filme examinaremos os mecanismos pelos quais uma pessoa se torna propensa a acidentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Samadhi 3 transmite uma vis\u00e3o geral das duas dimens\u00f5es da pr\u00e1tica, que s\u00e3o a aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena e o vazio mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samadhi \u00e9 a liberdade da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o com o eu limitado; liberdade do nosso condicionamento; liberdade do sofrimento. Sadhana ou pr\u00e1tica espiritual que leva ao Samadhi tem dois aspectos fundamentais: o primeiro aspecto \u00e9 a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura do eu atrav\u00e9s de pr\u00e1ticas que deslocam a energia de padr\u00f5es condicionados e pensamentos patol\u00f3gicos. Quando a energia est\u00e1 livre, ela facilita maior interconex\u00e3o, amor e expans\u00e3o para n\u00edveis mais elevados de eu ou alma. Aquilo que voc\u00ea pensa como \u201coutro\u201d torna-se integrado em voc\u00ea. A estrutura do eu torna-se como um n\u00f3 em n\u00edveis cada vez mais elevados da mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O paradoxo \u00e9 que qualquer pr\u00e1tica que usamos para nos livrar do condicionamento inconsciente \u00e9, em si, condicionada. Em algum momento, todas as t\u00e9cnicas, todos os conceitos, todo o fazer, todas as tentativas de realizar o Samadhi, precisam ser abandonados. Um meditador n\u00e3o pode despertar. Uma estrutura de ego n\u00e3o pode despertar. Ela s\u00f3 pode desistir de rea\u00e7\u00f5es de controle eg\u00f3ico e prefer\u00eancias, o que lan\u00e7a as bases e a reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o interna para permanecer desperto nos n\u00edveis grosseiro, sutil e causal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O segundo aspecto da pr\u00e1tica poderia ser chamado de autoquestionamento sem forma, que se trata de tomar consci\u00eancia da pr\u00f3pria consci\u00eancia; despertar para a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de que todos os n\u00edveis do eu ou da alma s\u00e3o, em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, vazios. Como as asas de um p\u00e1ssaro, esses dois aspectos da sadhana, aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena e vazio da mente, levam um em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao Samadhi - o colapso de toda dualidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caminho \u00e9 voc\u00ea e cada obst\u00e1culo no caminho \u00e9 voc\u00ea. O caminho para o Samadhi n\u00e3o \u00e9 o tipo de caminho onde voc\u00ea coloca um p\u00e9 na frente do outro para chegar a algum destino. O caminho \u00e9 um despojamento da ilus\u00e3o, um despertar para exatamente quem, onde e o que se \u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
