La t\u00e9cnica meditativa de enfocarse en la respiraci\u00f3n debe entenderse como simplemente una forma de desviar energ\u00eda de la mente y de llevar la conciencia a los aspectos inconscientes de su ser. La t\u00e9cnica no es algo para agregar a tu mente o estructura propia. Cualquier t\u00e9cnica es una \u00abespina para quitar una espina&#8221;, por lo que debe estar dispuesto a abandonarla una vez que haya cumplido su prop\u00f3sito. A medida que te acercas a Samadhi, hay menos mente, menos t\u00e9cnica y menos yo, hasta que cesan todas las actividades de la estructura del yo.
