Samadhi Part 4: Sadhana is the fourth chapter in the acclaimed series, divided into three parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1<\/strong> – Sadhana Before Awakening: pierces the illusion of the spiritual seeker. (6:05)
Del 2<\/strong> – The “I” Thought: reveals the mechanics of the false self through the lens of the five skandhas of Buddhism.
Part 3<\/strong> – Sadhana After Awakening: realizing what is beyond the gateless gate: where all effort, all doing, and all knowing, burns in the fire of presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why engage in Sadhana<\/strong>? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We initially engage in sadhana to awaken to our true nature, and after awakening we continue the practiceless practice, to be free of suffering, to live a life that is unscripted, not robotic, and to end the dream of the separate self. We engage in sadhana to come to the kingdom that is here now, and to find true peace that is not contingent on anything in the matrix of the conditioned mind.<\/p>\n\n\n
