The “I AM” Project Videos

Messages from the Self to the Self

Projektet “Jag ÄR”

The I AM Project is not a channel. It is a mirror. Through direct transmissions, poetic pointers, and original music, we offer a space for the Self to remember Itself.

These videos are not teachings. They are invitations to Stillness. Echoes of Truth spoken from Silence, carried on music born from Presence. Some offerings are spoken, some sung, some purely instrumental— all are created as meditative transmissions for those on the pathless path. If something in you is ready to awaken from the trance of separation, may these whispers lead you back to what you’ve never truly left.

Poetic Pointers and Direct Transmissions

True Love - A Reflection of the One Heart

In this gentle transmission, the veils thin and the ancient truth of the One Heart begins to shimmer through.
This is not a teaching, not a philosophy, not a concept to gather and store, but a living reflection pointing you back to the place where love is not felt but known, not given or received, but simply is.

Here, “true love” is revealed as the effortless radiance of Being itself, the quiet flame that burns in all beings, the pulse that beats beneath every joy, every longing, every breath.

This transmission invites you to rest…to listen with the whole body…to sense the truth that has always been closer than your own thoughts.
Let these words wash through you like morning light through an old window, showing you what has never been separate.

May it meet you where you are.
May it remind you of who you’ve never ceased to be.

With love from the One Heart to the One Heart. ❤️

If this transmission resonates, you are welcome to join us in the ongoing flow of meditation, self-inquiry, and shared stillness through the IAM Online Retreat - Perpetual Sadhana we offer, please see link below 👇🏼:

https://awakentheworld.com/onlineretreats/ True Love – A Reflection of the One Heart (A Poetic Transmission )

There comes a moment on the path when everything we’ve collected, every desire, fear, memory, and dream, becomes the firewood for awakening.

The Fire of What Remains is a meditative transmission about the alchemy of surrender, how the same energies that once bound us become the flames of liberation. When resistance softens and the mind no longer clings, what remains is pure awareness… clear, vast, and untouched.

This short film invites you to rest in the sacred fire of transformation, to see that nothing is wasted, and that even pain is Grace in disguise.

Allow it all to burn... not as destruction, but as revelation.

Music: Original composition by Dan Schmidt
Words & Narration: Lilla Balint
Film & Visual Transmission: Lilla Balint

For more films, teachings/direct pointers, self-inquiry practice (via dyad app) and live silent meditation zoom sessions, please visit:
🌐 AwakenTheWorld.com

#Samadhi #PoeticTransmission #AwakenTheWorld #Nonduality #SpiritualAwakening #LetItBurn #Satsang #FireOfWhatRemains The Fire of What Remains – Meditative Transmission with gentle music

What Is - A Poetic Transmission

A voice drawn closer to silence.
Less echo, more presence.
This new transmission speaks not from distance, but from within the stillness itself.
What Is points directly to the ordinary miracle that has never come or gone.
No path, no practice, no seeker and no found; only the timeless recognition that every sound, every breath, every movement is already held in the kindness of Life.

May these words meet you where you are,
ot to explain anything,
but to remind the Heart of what it already knows:
that even in the quietest whisper,
Love is speaking as all things.

🎧 Listen with headphones if you can, in stillness.
Let the space between phrases reveal what words cannot say. This transmission is a reminder of what has always been here: the Love that does not begin or end, that does not want or take. It is the Love that breathes through every form, yet belongs to none.

These words, carried on music and silence, are not meant to add anything to you. They are simply a mirror, reflecting the truth that every longing, every ache, every joy has always been Love seeking Love.

Sit with us in presence, let the images, sounds, and stillness wash through you. Beyond names and roles, beyond effort and striving, you are already whole. You are already the Love.

If this transmission resonates, you are welcome to join us in the ongoing flow of meditation, self-inquiry, and shared stillness through the IAM Online Retreat - Perpetual Sadhana we offer, please see link below 👇🏼:

https://awakentheworld.com/onlineretreats/ You Are the Love – Poetic Transmission with gentle music

There are moments, often when life feels quiet, even beautiful, when a wave of deep sadness rises without warning. Not tied to any event…not caused by any thought…just a silent, aching sorrow that moves through the body like a shadow.
It can feel like grief, like loss, like devastation. And yet, there’s no story behind it. Just a raw, wordless feeling.

If this has happened to you, know this: You are not doing anything wrong. You are being emptied; gently, wisely, by Grace.
These waves are not setbacks. They are the Self washing away the final traces of false identity: the illusion of separation, the dream of control.

This poem is for those moments. For when the wave comes, and all you can do is breathe, and trust that something deeper is being made whole in the silence. 🩷

For more films, teachings, and videos from Dan, our companion channel is here: https://awakentheworld.com/
You are warmly invited to explore whenever the heart feels called. 🙏

Our dear friend Av Neryah shares a powerful and direct nondual message that has the clarity and depth to awaken the heart. The Stillness in the Marrow

A whisper for the One who is weary of masks, of applause, of seeking identity in the shifting tides of the dream.
This Poetic Transmission is an invitation to rest in the ancient quiet that has always been here: the marrow-deep stillness that does not need recognition, performance, or story. When the hunger for noise fades, when the performance dissolves, what remains is the simple truth of being Nobody… and in that, the fullness of everything.
Let these words guide you back to the flame that never flickers, the silence more alive than any applause, the freedom of not needing to be seen, because You are already the seeing itself.

Listen with the heart, not the mind. Pause. Breathe. Remember. ❤️
With love,
Lilla & Dan The Stillness in the Marrow – Spoken words with gentle music

The Resting Place is a poetic transmission pointing to what remains when seeking softens and resistance falls away. No techniques, no promises, just the simple recognition: awareness doesn’t move, yet everything appears within it.
Let the images and sound wash through.
Breathe.
Notice the impulse to grasp, to become, to fix, and gently don’t follow it.
The invitation is radical and ordinary: be what you already are.

Watch with headphones if you can. Eyes open or closed. Include whatever arises; interruptions, emotions, thought itself, as part of the field. No resistance = already home.

If this transmission supports you, share it with someone who’s ready to rest.
🙏

For more films, teachings, and videos from Dan, our companion channel is here: https://awakentheworld.com/
You are warmly invited to explore whenever the heart feels called. 🙏

Our dear friend Av Neryah shares a powerful and direct nondual message that has the clarity and depth to awaken the heart. Only This (A Poetic Transmission with Gentle Music)

A whisper from the Heart to the one who has stopped searching.
A reminder that the doorway you’ve been looking for
is here, now: unadorned, imperfect, fleeting.

No more waiting for the “right” moment,
the next insight,
the more healed or more enlightened version of yourself.
Only this breath.
Only this hum in the background.
Only this sacred nothing in particular.

Let this be the homecoming.
Let the mind’s “what about...?” dissolve into a smile.
Let the mantra be: Only this.

For those walking the path of awakening, this is not a teaching of doing, but of resting in what already is.

🎧 Best experienced with headphones, eyes closed, and no agenda; simply allowing the words and music to carry you back to where you never left.

No One Ever Looked - A Poetic Transmission Through the Still Mirror of Now

This poetic reflection invites the listener into the mystery behind all movement, into the primordial stillness before “I” was born. Who turns the head? Who moves the hand? When we slow the film of experience, what remains is not a person looking, but looking itself… unclaimed, unowned, unborn.

This is not a poem about action, but about the unraveling of the doer. It is an invitation to rest in the sacred ease of Being, where even breath is not yours, but the silent pulse of what always is.

“No One Ever Looked” is a transmission that dissolves the illusion of the separate self, revealing that what we are has never moved, never done anything… and yet all unfolds in and as this infinite, ungraspable Now.

🎧 Spoken by Lilla
🎼 Music composed by Dan

🔔 Subscribe to our channel for more transmissions from the Self, spoken in the dream, but pointing beyond it.
