3 Days “I AM” Retreat (Self Inquiry Dyads Intensive)

– New Date Coming Soon
Cost: by donation
Self inquiry dyad intensives are designed to create conditions of no escape for the ego structure and for the awakening or realization of your true nature.
Working continuously from early morning to late at night, participants alternate roles in dyads (groups of two), where one person is a witness and the other engages in deep inner investigation to realize who they are.
The intensives are in alignment with the self inquiry of Ramana Maharshi, the Zen traditions, and owe a great debt to the Charles Berner Self inquiry method, as well as the dyad techniques used in modern psychology. This is the most powerful tool we know of to bring about “kensho”, or the direct knowing of your true nature.

The 3 day intensive is the full expression of this technique, which as we find out is not a technique at all, but an invitation into the unconditioned. Check out the many videos and resources on the ATW self inquiry resource page.
Perpetual Sadhana – The 7 day “I AM” retreat cycle.

The “perpetual sadhana” 7 day cycle is designed to support you in continuous presence over a 7 day period. Sit in presence with the live daily groups, join evening dyads, attend a weekly checkin with Dan, and be supported by more that 80 videos with teachings and pointers from past live retreats.
Join the next 7 day cycle or synchronize your own practice with our live daily events (meditation, evening self inquiry dyads, weekly Q&A).
Scheduled Daily Meditation Sessions

We welcome people from all over the world to join our daily unguided meditations where we can gather in the universal language of silence.
For most of us, making real change requires a regular, long-term practice. The Meditation Community was formed as a free, drop-in, inclusive virtual space for anyone who is interested in establishing, steadying or deepening their practice.
Self Inquiry Dyads on the “IAM” App

Join the IAM App at: www.selfinquirydyads.com.
Over the past months, we’ve been quietly testing the new IAM app with a small group of practitioners. With their feedback, we’ve been gradually refining and improving it. Now we’re opening it a little bit more widely before we do a full launch. We are inviting those who have attended any past IAM retreat, or anyone who has previously attended any facilitated self-inquiry retreat and is familiar with the dyad technique.
** To give yourself the best chance of connecting with a partner,
please click “Join a scheduled Dyad” in the IAM app, at any of the available scheduled events.
